New route, with not a lot of traffic to deal with. I sorta ran around randomly and ran through a park, so its a good thing I can use CardioTrainer to track my distance. I had half a smoothie and some cereal before I ran but I was still a bit hungry at first. I think I started a little too fast, my splits were 9:01 then 10:37/11:13/11:11 and I was a little disappointed with my pace overall. I also rocked out to Shakira - Waka Waka which is now stuck in my head from Zumba
Funny about shakira. I've been listening to JLo "on the floor" over and over. Swear it got me over some big hills today. I'm proud of you! Enjoy your freedom for the road. Tina
