This is one of the more difficult recipes I have tried to make. I don't typically use dough. The Phyllo dough I had was expired and I tried a pastry puff recipe I found online. Not sure it was appropriate for this recipe, as I found I couldn't really roll it too thin without it coming apart. The size of the rolls I made were burrito size. The vegetable/spice mixture was decent. Nothing to rave about, and the taste from eating a roll was about 50% dough. I couldn't find a pumpkin to use and I forgot to glaze with soy milk. I might try a similar recipe in the future, but I probably wouldn't try this again.
