Spicy Stir-Fried Tofu With Bok Choy
Not a great but pretty easy and I assume reasonably healthy. For a kick I used Nirav
Red Chutney Chili
and Lee Kum Lee
Sriracha
Chili Sauce. I also used some peanuts.
