I felt a bit weak at the end, some walking, but oddly CardioTrainer had the last mile at 12:09 pace and miles 5 and 7 were 13+. Probably could have fueled better.

Oh yeah, I bumped into Michele, a triathlete I know. Its not everyday you hear someone say "hi Aron" while you are on your run. She was biking with a group of people. Someone also honked and waved but I didn't recognize them.
