It was too nice not to run outside today.  More a casual run, I ate a lot of Samoas so I probably couldn't run fast if I tried.

Felt great, good weather.  People pushed me tonight.  I ran with one shoe the laces not tied and one person from the GRC said they might be able to switch the shoes but the other employee said it looks like its more my achilles was irritated.  I do like the shoes.

My fastest mile was mile 4, 9:21 pace.  It was through a bad section of town.  Sadly, it looks like there will be no Holiday Marathon in the Bronx for St. Patty's Day this weekend.

Slow run, as I felt beat from running the last 4 days straight.  I even (gasp) did some walking.  Yoga tonight, rest day Thursday and then I want to try a speed workout for Friday.

I tried some speed workouts, like sprint 30 seconds, walk 30 seconds, then sprint 1 minute up to 4 minutes, though that was more like my 5K pace. Not really precise cause I don't have a useful watch. I feel I am somewhat at a plateau.

Ug, not a good run.  In a related note I got one of those "super food" mixes from Whole Foods you can use for Smoothies.  The reviews are amazing, people say its great for energy and even people who suffer from MS or were in accidents say they benefit from it.
