I went a short distance for a speed workout, though considering some of my 5+ mile runs have been at a similar pace, I am not too excited by the results. To be fair, I didn't really eat anything beforehand and my legs were probably tired because, don't laugh, I tried a Zumba class yesterday.
I really love running up hills.
