Spicy Skillet (fake) Chicken

Nice and spicy.  You use cumin, chili powder and for the salsa, I used roasted habanero salsa.  Maybe next time I will try making my own salsa with real habaneros and see if I can handle it.  I didn't have any beer to use, so I wasn't going to add a splash, but I saw Blue Moon Blonde Wheat Ale at the store and decided to get a six pack.  I do like the regular Blue Moon.  Not sure how it helped the recipe, and I drank the rest of the bottle and didn't care much for it.  I left out the avocado and the cilantro.
