This is probably my favorite recipe of the few I have tried from the No Meat Athlete site. It has a sweet taste because of the coconut milk, but not too sweet. I also love tofu, though I usually use tofu in stir-fry recipes which can get boring. If you like Greek yogurt like me, you might like to make the Falafel with Tahini-Mint Sauce or the Buffalo Tempeh Wraps.
