I wasn't sure how this recipe would turn out. I wasn't sure if simply putting raw pasta, tomatoes, cooked chickpeas, some liquids and the other ingredients in a pan and heating them in an oven for an hour would result in something decent. The texture and taste were actually quite good. I liked this dish. I used a habanero and a jalapeno pepper for an extra kick. Very easy to make and the preparation was quick as well. I am little concerned the recipe said it serves six. Not a lot of leftovers.
