I made this as part of the 21-Day Vegan Kickstart.
It was easy to make. I cooked with rice, though next time I'd probably use spinach as the site suggests, or another vegetable. The chilli powder does give it a nice kick. It came out well, and it would probably have come out even better with some other spices. I am just not that creative to think of good ones to use.
