Simple Red Hot Coconut Curry

I'd give this an A, but not an A+.  Good as a spicy dish but there are dishes that have more flavor.  Still great as a spicy dish, don't get me wrong.
I used
12 oz House Foods' Cajun Tofu
5 TBSPs Patak's Extra Hot Curry Paste
2 TBSPs curry powder

Need I say more?
