It went well.  I actually did yoga earlier in the day so I felt loose and confident that I would be able to run the distance without much difficulty.  This had been the case with some of my recent runs but I guess I have recovered from my marathon in late March at this point.  I wasn't trying to push it in terms of pace but I wasn't really going slow either.
