I couldn't find fenugreek and the employee at Shop Rite said I could use anise, though I got the plant not the seasoning. From reading online, I am not quite clear how they are different or similar. For the flatbread, I found southwestern style (with cilantro and jalapeno) but I mostly ate that while it cooked. It seems a little messy to eat with the flatbread. I thought it wasn't as tasty as I had hoped it would be. I figured with all the spices it would be a unique taste. I added some Blair's Mega Death Sauce and despite the little amount I added, it is now almost too hot to eat.
