Another recipe that was suggested as part of the 21-Day Vegan Kickstart.
I discovered I love the sweet smell and taste of almond extract. Not sure if I have ever used it before. I don't really bake or make fruit dishes like these, so there is a chance I haven't. I did forget to buy the coconut, which I also love the taste of, but I was still happy with how this turned out. Another very easy dish to make.
