2.66 Mile Recovery Run

My hip was a bit sore after yesterday and I was debating running today.  I figured go easy today and it might help loosen me up.  It wasn't too painful, and hopefully after some icing and yoga, I should be ok for my 5K Thursday.  I'll also mention, while there was no rain when I started, it came down heavy at the end.
