Curried Mixed Vegetables

Meh...Nothing special.  The chiles I used were a little old, so not as potent.  I also didn't use the Greek yogurt.  The pita bread also takes away more flavor.  Even without the bread, it was so so.  I guess the edamame beans are really healthy so maybe I can find a better recipe for them.
