Spicy Vegan Gumbo

Veggie overload.  Almost too many vegetables.  I normally like okra, I think there was a recipe I made with it, but I don't think it went well with the other ingredients as it was a bit mushy.  The recipe also suggested 4 cups of vegetable broth, though I only had one cup left and I felt it still was a bit soupy.  I didn't use rice, as there was no need.  Way too much for me to eat, so this will probably be lunch and dinner for the next day atleast.  No health expert, but I assume I getting servings of everything I need with this recipe.
