Mushroom-Spinach Curry

Delicious!  Very very easy and tasty.  The sambar powder gives it a good flavor without making it too spicy.  I purchased some at the local Indian store.  I forget what recipe I used it for originally.  I was a little worried as the recipe doesn't specify cooking times.  I sort of guessed how to cook it and it turned out well.
